Wheatgrass juice may be prepared using a juicer with masticating blades.

Consume 2 oz of wheatgrass juice, twice a day on an empty stomach between 1 ½ h and 3 h after eating.

It is recommended to drink it at least 15 minutes before eating.

Consume the wheatgrass within 15 minutes of preparation.

It may be taken straight or diluted with water or other juice choices if you experience unpleasant sweet taste.

Green drinks may be prepared from sunflower and peas sprouts in combination with any other green vegetable like cucumber, celery, spinach, kale, collard, dark green lettuce and cabbage.
